How can I buy discount tickets?
Tickets distributed by Trip.com are discount tickets. But if buying 2 tickets, the second will receive an additional 15% discount from the regular special price, which is exclusive to Trip.com customers only. Can I choose a specific seat? Same order will be arranged to sit together as much as possible based on first-come, first-served basis. For different orders who request the consecutive seats, please contact Trip.com. We will arrange as available tickets as possible but not guaranteed.
How do I receive my tickets? Please present your Trip.com confirmation to receive your physical concert ticket on the redemption date you select at below locations:Ticket Redemption Date and Time:
• Dec 24-25, 2022: 13:00-17:00 at Trip.com Counter ICON SIAM 8th Floor.
• On show date: 11:00-14:00 for day session and 15:00-18:00 for night session at Trip.com Counter at ICONSIAM 7th Floor.
It is recommended to receive tickets on 24-25 December to avoid unexpected issues on the concert date.
Can refunds be requested? Trip.com shall not be liable for or obliged to refund any unredeemed physical tickets due to the customer's personal reasons.
